INGREDIENTS
500g rolled oats
100g raw almonds
100g organic sultanas or currents
50g Nature's Lane shredded coconut, toasted
50g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
50g goji berries
50g Nature's Lane quinoa puffs
50g Nature's Lane linseed
METHOD
Heat the oven to 150°C. Scatter the rolled oats over an oven tray and bake for 6-7 minutes until lightly toasty. Cool, then mix with remaining ingredients.
Serve with milk, almond milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit or any other topping of your choosing.
