ALMOND AND PUFFED QUINOA MUESLI

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g rolled oats

  • 100g Nature's Delight Almonds

  • 100g organic sultanas or currents

  • 50g Nature's Lane shredded coconut, toasted

  • 50g sunflower seeds

  • 50g pumpkin seeds

  • 50g goji berries

  • 50g Nature's Lane organic quinoa puffs

  • 50g Nature's Lane linseeds


METHOD

  1. Heat the oven to 150°C. Scatter the rolled oats over an oven tray and bake for 6-7 minutes until lightly toasty. Cool, then mix with remaining ingredients.

  2. Serve with milk, almond milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit or any other topping of your choosing.
