ORGANIC FLAXSEED (LINSEED) 750g

Add a sprinkle to your morning oats, smoothie or yoghurt. In baking, add to muffin, bread and pancake mixes by replacing 1/4 of the recipes flour with ground seeds. As an egg alternative combine 1 Tbsp of ground seeds with 3 Tbsp water. Stir well and pop in the fridge for 15 mins before using as your egg replacement.
