A whole grain food (that’s actually a seed). Quinoa is your naturally gluten free, low GI substitute for rice with twice as much protein and all 9 amino acids. White Quinoa is a delicate tasting Quinoa with a lovely light texture making it a great substitute for rice in stir-fries, sushi, salads and soups. 

 

ORGANIC WHITE QUINOA 750g

  • Always rinse quinoa to remove its natural coating of saponin (which may make it taste bitter). Add 1 cup of washed quinoa to 1  1/2 cups water, a pinch of salt and cook just like rice. Instead of water you can also cook in a vegetable of chicken broth
