CACAO BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 pitted dates

  • ½ cup raw almonds

  • ¼ cup Nature's Lane cacao powder (plus extra for rolling)

  • 2 tablespoons Nature's Lane coconut oil


METHOD

  1. Place the dates, almonds, cacao and coconut oil in a food processor and process for 2–3 minutes or until the mixture binds together.

  2. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Then roll balls into extra cacao to coat.

Store in airtight container in fridge - these little treats keep for up to 2 - 3 weeks.
