CHIA SEED PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups australian oats

  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup Nature's Lane chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup natural honey

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup Nature's Lane coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup Nature's Lane flaxseed


METHOD

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.

  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to roll.

  3. Roll into balls and refrigerate. Store in airtight container - these little wonder bites last up to a week in the fridge. Or if frozen up to two months!
