CHIA SEED PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups Australian Oats

  • 1/2 cup Nature's Delight Almond or Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup Nature's Lane Organic Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Nature's Delight Honey

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/4 cup Nature's Lane Organic Coconut Flakes

  • 1/4 cup Nature's Lane Organic Flaxseed


METHOD

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.

  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to roll.

  3. Roll into balls and refrigerate. Store in airtight container - these little wonder bites last up to a week in the fridge. Or if frozen up to two months!
