CHIA SEED PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups australian oats
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup Nature's Lane chia seeds
1/2 cup natural honey
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Nature's Lane coconut flakes
1/4 cup Nature's Lane flaxseed
METHOD
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to roll.
Roll into balls and refrigerate. Store in airtight container - these little wonder bites last up to a week in the fridge. Or if frozen up to two months!
